Lake Elmo is proud of its rich heritage providing high-quality instruction to students for more than 100 years. There are many advantages to our program including a high quality experienced staff that places students at the center of their work, a warm and welcoming school community that is one of the most diverse in the school district and our focus on high quality instruction that meets the needs of all students!

As a Responsive Classroom School we strive to create safe, joyful, and engaging learning communities for students and teachers.

Lake Elmo is also the home of Amigos Unidos, a Spanish dual immersion program serving students in district 834 and beyond. We recognize the power of bilingual and bicultural learning in the 21st century. Our staff is fully committed to growing every child academically, culturally, and socially.

I am very proud of what our students and staff have accomplished to make Lake Elmo an excellent school.
