Families Must Opt In for 2025-26 Transportation
As we plan for the 2025-26 school year, we are committed to providing a reliable and efficient transportation experience for our students. To help us ensure accurate bus routes and schedules, we need to know which Stillwater Area Public School students will be riding the bus. Please log on to PowerSchool and complete the “25-26 Transportation Verification Form” for each child. (See instructions below).
Elementary students (grades K-5) living half of a mile or further from school are eligible for bus service, and middle school and high school students (grades 6-12) living two miles or more from school, with an exception for hazardous roadways are also eligible.
Complete the form by April 4 to secure your child’s spot on the bus for the first day of school. At this stage, simply select “Yes” if your child needs a seat or “No” if they will not be riding the bus. Your quick response helps us plan for a smooth start to the school year.
Next month, we’ll send an email to confirm your child’s address and contact details. Bus route information will be provided in August prior to the start of school.
Please note: If your child is a new incoming student for the 2025-26 school year, you do not need to complete this form. Transportation needs were already collected during enrollment. District students who attend private or charter schools should contact their own buildings for bus registration.
If you have any questions or need assistance, email schoolbus@stillwaterschools.org.
